Reservation Policy
- Complementary continental Breakfast, beach towels, beach chairs, umbrellas at Almaplena's Beach Club and Internet Wi-fi included
- All our rates are per room per night in US dollars including tax (14%), whether it is on a single or double occupancy
- A 1 night deposit will be charged at the time of booking. During High Season & Holiday Season booking requires payment in full
- 3 nights minimum stay is required for reservations during High Season & Holiday Season, unless other reservations already confirmed allow for a lesser stay
- Rates subject to change until confirmed
- Children up to 5 years old are welcome free of charge as long as they share the room with at least 1 adult and require no extra bed. There is a maximum of 2 children per room.
- Maximum occupancy varies depending on bed configuration.
- Guaranteed reservations are held until 8 a.m. of the following day of your schedule arrival, at which time the reservation and deposit are forfeited.
Cancellation policy
In case you can not arrive for the dates booked, we will gladly reschedule your reservation, we only require that you notify us with a minimum of days in advance according to the following seasons:
Low season: 6 days advance notice before arrival date is required to cancel reservation without penalty.
Mid Season: 14 days advance notice before arrival date is required to cancel reservation without penalty.
High Season & Holiday Season: 100% of the room nights reserved will be charged.
Cancellations after required advance notice will apply one night room charge penalty; cancellations for High Season & Holiday Season, no shows or early departures will result in a credit card charge for the entire stay.
Guaranteed reservations are held until 8:00 AM of the next morning, after this time the reservation will be canceled and the deposit will be forfeited.
Refunds
Are subject to deduction of 10%. Other fees or bank charges may apply.
Check-in time and Check-out time
Check- in time is 2 PM, earlier check-in upon availability; otherwise we’ll gladly keep your luggage while you wait for your room to be ready. Late arrivals are acceptable, please let us know so we can make arrangements.
If you expect to arrive after 10 PM please let us know, so we can leave instructions for the security staff, in case we cannot be there to welcome you.
Check-out time is at 12 PM, exceptions upon request and availability.
